Our logo, created in our Mission Center in Wyandotte, symbolizes what we are doing here. It is formed by a cross made up of five flags surrounded by the legend “United in Faith, Peace and Progress.”

The Tanzanian, Kenyan, Vatican, Irish and American flags are united in the form of a cross to represent our unity of purpose. Our American benefactors help us, the Irish Pallottines, to establish the faith and promote peace and progress in Tanzania and Kenya.

The generous help of American people is vital to our success. About fifteen years ago a Tanzanian Bishop and an Irish Pallottine came here to raise funds to build the cathedral in a newly erected diocese. They were welcomed into many of the American Diocese’s to do weekend appeals and in about four months collected enough to go back and build the cathedral.
